: Calculation of years for leave purposes should be calculated on the following basis:-
(a) as determined by law,
(b) As determined by the regulatory body, accordingly,
(c) If not determined in accordance with clause (a) or (b), as mentioned in the employment contract, and (d) According to the financial year of the Government of Nepal, if it is not determined as written in clauses (a), (b) and (c).
